14Pro is also compatible with the iPhone 13Pro and 13. The case is optimized
for the 14Pro, and one will notice that the camera opening is not the same size
as the 13Pro and 13 Cameras. In addition, the mute button will not be in the
center of the case opening however it is still fully functional. All other
buttons will work as expected while using a 13Pro or 13.

The best way to expose
the pull-out type C charging connector is to spin the spool slightly
counterclockwise, this will expose and loosen the connector enough for you to
grab it with your fingers to pull the cord out to any desired length.

The Cordcase is designed
and built to tight mechanical tolerances to provide superior performance and
reliability, the spool action may seem rough during initial uses, this is
normal, and it will improve as it "breaks in" the more often you use
it. There is no right or wrong way to use your fingers or hands to spool in the
cord, experiment to find out which technique works best for you. We plan to
continue to improve the spool feel as we include continuous improvement in our
design and manufacturing processes.

If your phone has been
completely powered off, you will need to "re-pair" the case with your
phone. This is easily done by partially removing your phone from the case such
that the case to phone connector is disconnected, then simply slide your phone
back into the case and it will begin charging as normal. This issue does not
occur if your phone goes into screen lock or "to sleep"/"do not
disturb".

However, we are planning to support USB Type C plug in headphones for the
Cordcase 15Pro/15 models and all future Cordcases. Cordcase recommends
Bluetooth ear buds as they provide the best headphone experience.

No, the Cordcase is not
waterproof and should not be subjected to submersion in water or extreme
moisture. All of the phone models compatible with the Cordcase 14Pro are
waterproof to a certain extent and should not be adversely affected by a wet
Cordcase. We advise if your Cordcase gets wet, remove it from the phone, wipe
off all accessible moisture and let it dry for at least 24hrs before using it
to charge your phone. If your Cordcase will not charge your phone after 48hrs
of drying time we suggest no longer using the Cordcase for charging. Cordcase
does not cover any damage to the case or your phone due to water damage.

We recommend using only
a damp cloth to clean the Cordcase and its cord. Do not use any harsh chemicals
or cleaners to clean your Cordcase as it may degrade the plastics and/or
electronics. The silicone skin is very resistant to stains and abrasions and will
provide years of durable protection.

Yes, by plugging an
Apple data/sync cable into the female lightning connector in the case and then
into your Car's USB port you can use Apple Car Play. You can also use the
Bluetooth capability of the phone to connect to Apple Car Play in Bluetooth
supported vehicles. You cannot access Apple Car Play through the pull-out cord
as it does not contain the required data wires.

Yes! By using the
pull-out cord in the Cordcase which does not have the data wires, you can
securely charge at any public location or Kiosk. Charging using a standard
Apple charge/sync cable plugged into the Cordcase's female lightning connector
DOES NOT offer secure charging and should only be used when you trust the power
source.

No, Cordcase for iPhone
14Pro, 13Pro, 13 does not support wireless charging. Cordcase for 15Pro, 15
will also not support wireless charging, however we do plan to start supporting
wireless charging with our Cordcase for 16Pro and 16 and future models thereafter.

phone on any pad.
